About us - Sambar Trading is an export - import business and flags distributor based in Sydney, Australia. Sambar is not affiliated with any group, organisation, association, club, society, political party or government agency and all items on our site are displayed for commercial purposes only.
Special Orders - If you do not see your favourite pins, badges or flags offered on our site, or if you would like a special item made (stickers, key holders, fridge magnet, etc...) please forward us your artwork or design and we will be more than happy to provide you with a quote.
Ordering - To place an order, please contact us with the item's code number you are interested in, the quantity desired and where you are located. We will get back to you with the total cost (Merchandise + Packaging + Postage) and the payment details. Payment of orders should be made within one week after the order is placed. Failure to do that will result in the cancellation of the order.
Payment - To offer you these items at such low prices, we cannot accept orders that are less than $40.00 AUD or $30.00 USD or €25.00 EUR. Payment should be made using Paypal (Visa or Mastercard) or bank telegraphic transfer into our account or Cash (via registered mail). Shipping - Orders are shipped worldwide out of Australia and within one business day after receipt of your payment. Please note that the listed prices do not include postage and packaging charges. And by the way, a free gift from our factory is sent with all orders.
Getting in touch - If after sending us your E-mail you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, that means your E-mail did not get through. We have several layers of protection against hackers (anti-virus, anti-spam and firewalls) that sometime un-identifiable E-mails get blocked. So please re-send us your message.
