About us - Sambar / www.sambartrading.com is an export - import business based in Sydney, Australia. Sambar is not affiliated with any group, organisation or government agency and all items on our site are displayed for commercial purposes only.

Ordering - To place an order, please contact us with the item's code number you are interested in and where you are located. We will get back to you with the total cost (Merchandise + Packaging + Postage) and the payment details. Payment of orders should be made within 2 weeks after the order is placed. Failure to do that will result in the cancellation of the order.

Payment - Payment should be made using Paypal (Visa or Mastercard) or a bank money/postal order (no personal cheques) or bank telegraphic transfer into our account or Cash (via registered mail). For current conversion rates of your currency, please click here on the Universal Currency Converter.

Shipping - Orders are shipped worldwide out of Australia and within one business day after receipt of your payment. Please note that the quoted prices do not include postage and packaging charges. And by the way, a free gift from our factory is sent with all orders.

All Australian orders will be charged an additional 10% to cover the Goods
and Sales tax (GST).
